  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated.

  • If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
  • Bloom Cart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We will assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
